I got a pedicure today at the Queen St. location, and was so happy! Calm space, great pedicure from a friendly staff member who really knows her stuff. I’m an out of towner, but next time I’m back, I’ll definitely come in for some too-notch self-care

Just got a BIAB done by Raven and she was amazing! So easy to talk to and incredible service. Will definitely be back!
Update: The owner reached out to me and offered a fresh set, she is very polite and told me they missed my email. Got my nails a fresh set on them and overall experience was nice. First time trying this nail studio and I believe this would also be the last time. Did the medicure Shellac and art 1 design. Spent $80 on it, the nail chipped on the fifth day ( Done on Tuesday evening, one chipped on Sunday and another one chipped on Tuesday). Email them for a fix and zero response. Terrible quality and waste of the money! I don't recommend this place.
