I went for a gel manicure and I wasn’t 100% satisfied with the end result. When I emailed the studio, Lanna responded very quickly and rebooked me for a polish change free of charge and worked with me to figure out a design that was better suited. Their staff are really kind and so talented, and their customer service is truly exceptional!
I had a very good experience today. I loved my nail design, manicure and my friendly nail specialist.
Angelica did a great job with my services, especially the care she took with my eyebrows, and she was so friendly!!!
