This organization is currently providing behavioural support services for my mother who is transitioning to long term care. Our care worker is caring, kind and diplomatic but also well versed in the mechanics of the system, where the bottlenecks are and how to circumvent the roadblocks so that my mother can achieve the very best care. Our care worker, in 4 weeks, has provided us more correct information and better service than any other care worker over the past 2 years.
