Terrible organization! They do NOT help people. They take advantage of them.
They used to be a good organization at some point, but unfortunately that's no longer the case. Maintenance is literally non existent! I have had mold in my bathroom for well over a year, a literally non-functioning oven since well before the COVID started, and some other issues that have not been taken care of.
