Thumbs down. Manager hung up in my face after charging my card for something I didn't do. Then gave me the accountant number that you need a appointment for. Bad place to stay all about money. Manager name was Nicole. Bad place to stay for my wife Birthday.

One of New Orleans best addresses to stay. Great rooms, great location.
Good location and staff friendly but music from club downstairs is so loud if you're on first floor that it feels like you're be is in the club / tip to request high level room and if You are on first floor insist to be moved as you will not sleep!
I'm a hotel lover and this place gained a special place in my heart! Clean, detailed and worth every penny!
Very nice relaxing secret hotel. High ceilings & ac works amazing. Bathtub is the best I relaxed in so far.
