This place is a well oiled machine. They didn't miss a single detail we requested, responded quickly, were flexible and understanding, and helped make our big day perfect in every way. I am a wedding Coordinator in the Detroit area. I blew up Shannon / Amanda / Katie with questions, comments etc. I would HIGHLY recommend this team, this place, this experience. Just had the most magical weekend here at my brothers wedding. Truly top notch!
I had my wedding here a few days ago and they were so accommodating! Very easy to work with, answered all of my questions within a day, and the day of when stuff started going wrong and I wanted to cry, they surprised me with a few added on details for free that were not part of my contract. Also a very beautiful venue both the skydeck and reception! Would definitely recommend to anyone!
They screwed my son and daughter in law wedding reception up something terrible and also trying to charge them extra for liquor! They signed a contract with them and they didn't keep to it, play the music she recorded of her singing and wouldn't refill food. We know about wedding's and parties in our family. I did both for years and my daughter in law works for a very nice catering company in a different state than this ���Don't use them I would advise.
The facility was nice but this place needs to tighten up their event coordination. The hors d'oeuvres where not replaced properly, their DJ was not worth the money, and they did not respect the terms agreed upon in the contract.
