Meg, I apologize for your experience last night. We provide up to 15 special meals for our clients to add to their menu and we ask that they collect that information prior to their event day. We use parsley in very many dishes for multiple events per week, and without advance knowledge, we would not have been able to guarantee you a safe meal to consume. Ever since I saw this venue I knew it was the one I wanted for my special day! Shannon, Amanda, and all the staff were nothing short of amazing! It was really my dream day and I thank them for helping me create such a lasting memory!
Great location downtown with beautiful views of Kalamazoo. Staff was friendly and professional. The food was good and the D.J. made the night a blast!

Loft 310 was fantastic throughout this whole process. They were on top of things, especially the day of our event. We held our wedding reception there and it went off without a hitch. Shannon and Ren were there throughout the day letting us into different spaces for pictures. Amanda set aside appetizers for the bridal party when we arrived after cocktail hour, which we all LOVED. The staff at Loft 310 is nothing short of incredible. They made our May 20th 2017 wedding something out of a dream. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing and they went above and beyond mire than once to help us have the best day ever. It also doesn’t hurt that their venue is beyond gorgeous!!
