I have to be honest, I didn't give by Mother's FB page 5 stars, and I love her to death. The Cycle Loft deserves every last twinkle for these reasons: it took all of about five minutes for me to feel like 'family', and the software program used (Spivi) to monitor every aspect of your ride in concert with the others is a great motivator, knowing every rotation of the paddles brings you closer to achieving your fitness goals.
I had been out of the fitness game for a little while so when I started back up I knew I wanted a good sweat. Well I got it at The Cycle Loft! The encouragement to push yourself and constant change in the workouts are perfect. I don't see stopping anytime soon!

Kati and crew are helpful and motivating for riders of all abilities. Ditto what others say about the bikes and the Spivi system. It's fun and Spivi keeps track of your progress for you.
