RecommendedGreat happy hour. Great view from the top floor(s). King suite is gigantic. Room service was very prompt and bell/valet service was always available.
Shower was missing a door. Phone didn’t work. Bathroom door wouldn’t close without being slammed. Ballroom bar served the worst alcoholic beverages I have ever drank (I’m a prior sailor). You could hear the people three rooms down. Beds are nice though, but you won’t really enjoy them because of the hallway noise.

RecommendedWe stayed in Santa Monica with son & daughter for 3nights and we loved this place! The service was pretty good and the rooms were large & very cozy. The bed was very large and very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and amazingly helpful. Location is also very convenient! Great experience!
