Wow. Where to begin! Outside of the daily cleanings, there were people coming in and out of my room throughout the day, one woke me from a nap! THEN. my jewelry went missing. I worked with the hotel and their insurance company to get it back but the head of "security" would refuse to work with the insurance company or speak with the cleaning service. I'm still working with the local police. I will do everything I can to steer people away from the Loews NOLA, including my company's annual conventions and other in our industry... read more
