We stayed here Saturday into Sunday. From the minute we arrived to minute we left. We all felt at home. Courteous, polite, suggested places to visit. Greeted my 4 yr. Son with a toy. From Valet service, doorsman, room service! Exceptional Hospitality! The heater for the towels, go figure. Reputation for Cleanliness A++ Thank You Willy
A hotel that offers a “prison routine” as luxurious is absolutely clueless.
Stayed at Loews for the Boston Seafood Show and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room was beautiful and the hotel staff are all A1, especially with the Nor’easter hitting Boston on Tuesday. They were able to accommodate most guests to extend their stay. The food at the Precinct was fabulous/ whether breakfast or lunch- never a disappointment. Staff are all top notch. Would most definitely return to Loews Boston
We went there this past Sat for the GOT event it was packed so we asked if we could get a table, we got a nice table the hostess was great, our waitress and all the staff were lovely first time there, but not the last the drinks were awsome and the food also geat work to all of you !
Great property. Very comfortable amenities, including bathrobes and overnight shoe-shine service. Convenient location. Overall great experience and would happily return!
