Great hotel in the Back Bay district, very close to Back Bay station. It is a very comfortable and clean hotel with fabulously friendly staff. Good bar and restaurant.

Hotel was lovely - Modern and clean, large spacious rooms. Love the historical building! Great Location to all the famous sights, central to Newbury Street and Copley Place! Hotel food was lovely and especially love the mid afternoon Shucks for a Buck promotion!!! Staff were professional and friendly and I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!!!!

We went into Boston for a special mother-daughter weekend and the staff could not have been sweeter or more helpful! Jennifer sent cookies and milk to our room and the bellman gave her much treasured chocolates! The room was lovely too. Thank you!!

I have been staying here for almost 18 months on weekly travel and the staff---from valet, front desk, concierge, kitchen/bar, and housekeeping --- all are customer focused. Thank you Stephanie, Michael and everyone else! I've enjoyed staying here!
