Always brought my Toyota in this dealer since 2021 when I first got my Tacoma and 2022 RAV4 and again 2025 4Runner my sales representative Mr Louis Assad was a good salesman he knows what you need and very helpful he helped me a lot even if I have some questions or issues about my vehicle he always there to help that’s why I keep on buying Toyota vehicles in Lodi Toyota even it’s 51miles away from my home.Â
I definitely would not recommend this place. I gave a 2 rating because they provided a courtesy ride after I purchased my car, and they eliminated the dog smell and hair. But the financial transaction stands out most with them they sold me extra insurance I didn’t need and declined to adjust it after my request. I was ripped off. I do believe in KarmaÂ
