the could start by training there sale staff on what is miss leading facts and fallowing threw on what there employees that speak for the store when a agreement is made and just because the employee is no longer with them for some reason they are still responsible for the agreement that was made with employee

I have been in the business of buying and selling gold for a business in town . When I found out there was no weights and measure seal , and was instructed to tell people they had 14 k gold instead of platinum , I ended my employment.
