I'm very dissatisfied with the treatment that we got. I was told one price and then he pressed it higher when he came out. These installation techs if that's what you can call them suck. The guy that came out didn't no what he was doing, he broke my Lach on my back window of my car I had to go and get a new one that cost me more money than he was going to put the seal on backwards I'm glad my wife caught that then he was going to seal up my back glass with a sealant and that was back hatch that we used every day, my wife tol... read more
Great service! Stayed late to finish!
I am frustrated that we were told one price quote, but we were told that it was a higher amount when we paid. The installers were from Afghanistan, and one of them spoke broken English. They told me that it would be 45 minutes for the install, but it took close to two hours and 15 minutes. Also, a cover on the inside was not correctly installed, so we have a piece of plastic that is not connected and looks awkward. I’ve tried calling, but I do not get a reply.
