So disappointed, doing business with John for years have referred many people to their shop. But will no longer do business with John. My daughter just recently had 4k work done on her vehicle. she picked it up yesterday day and had to take it right back, the ac that was working perfectly when she left it for repairs was blowing hot air. John tested it and said it was a part that broke and it would be about 25 for the part and 1000 for the repair! Very good, fast service. Our Subaru is still kicking at around 250,000 miles because they keep an eye on repairs/maintenance that are urgent and not so urgent, and advise honestly how expensive each one is so you can plan your finances accordingly. They generally get us a service appt. within a day or two. Maria is a great point of contact in the office.
They can’t even back up there work and they will give you the run around. Save your time and money and go to another shop
Awesome honest shop, the couple that owns it are wonderful. They were recommended to me by Mike’s Automotive for a smog. They were fast, friendly, affordable and were able to get me a same day appointment! Thank you so much!!
