My stay here is great so far! The maintenance guy Mr. Roache is the best he comes quick and fixes anything you have issues with! So far so good!!
I would like to update this review. I recently experienced a personal issue that needed the attention and support of the rental office associate Bora, as well as the maintenance man Melvin. I appreciate the expedited service offered once I disclosed the issue to Bora, who then contacted the maintenance team. Melvin was there the same day to fix the problem, the job was completed in record time and was happy to assist even though it was requested at very short notice. Initially, I was hesitant to relocate to the Lodges of Pinellas due to my financial constraints and the prevailing rent prices in this economy. However, I had to make a prompt decision.
