Waited 40 mins for two fast-food quality burgers and a pair of microwaved chickenstrips. The pictures on the menu versus what they actually serve you are two totally different things. Our table ran out of water early into the wait, finally had to ask another server, because we never saw our server, for water. On the plus side, it was extremely easy to figure out the tip...
Some really nasty servers here, they go out of their way to make an unpleasant experience. I expect better.
I'm not happy with the service at all. My server was unpleasant and ruined the night for us, all while putting on a facetious smile as if I can't recognize someone giving my table a hard time. You might have a completely different experience--i certainly hope so! But my experience was unpleasant and the manager was useless when it came time to make things right.
