Beautiful, historic, close to major shopping and entertainment. Superb restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining. Great customer care. Plan to stay there often for short get-a-ways.
Fantastic place to stay in Tucson , bungalow style rooms has a real nice feel to it . The rooms themselves are large comfortable decorated very nicely and the service and staff are both friendly and helpful . The food at the restaurant is equally good and again decorated with a homely south-west feel . The bar has that same feeling plus they make a hell of a great martini - shaken not stirred of course - Enjoyed my week stay here and without a doubt i will stay here again this coming fall

We loved this property! Our king room was huge, comfy beds, nice big walk-in shower, balcony overlooking the pool. We had a great visit! Everyone was really nice, happy hour menu in the bar was delicious, pool needs some work, there was a little bit of algae, and it was cold, but the hot tub was great!! And we could see the fireworks from the 2nd floor patio! Thank you !!
Great food in an extremely unique setting. Although this is in town, once you are inside the walls you can't tell. Beautiful landscaping, lighting, fountains and fireplaces. The ambiance is fantastic!
This was my 3rd stay at the lodge and I had many problems today for the first time . When I showed up they did not have my room ready which is crazy since the hotel was empty . Mercedes was rude to me from the moment I showed my disappointment . The ac was leaking all over the floor and then workers wanted to come in and fix it even though I had not called the front desk which shows that they have me the room knowing there was a problem . Checked in a few hours ago. Staying in the newer part of the property. So far, exceptionally great! This is an unassuming "Gem in the Desert". Great rate, nice, professional staff! Definitely staying again!
