RecommendedThe most amazing experience. The rooms were clean, and the beds so comfortable! Helpful staff. The concierge, David, went out of his way to please. The food was great and the decor so opulent.
Beautiful resort, but there are issues, it took the dryer 200 minutes to dry a small load of laundry. There were 0 directions on how to operate the gas fireplace and 5000 switches!! ugh! but the wurst, (worst) was what we saw in the treatment of the breakfast staff by their manager. I was shocked and appalled by her treatment of her staff, berating them in front of guests. extremely uncomfortable and never want see that again.
