Even with the smoke filled sky this place was beautiful!
Our first time staying at the lodge. We were just amazed at the service they provide and the amenities of this lodge. The view is phenomenal and the staff is so friendly.
View from lakeview room was beautiful and food was tasty, but for a 4-diamond resort, guest services were extremely poor. We encountered doormen, dining host/manager, and maintenance staff all without masks even though signs are posted for guests that masks are required. Both times that we dined (once for breakfast and once for dinner) the wait staff was not attentive. One of the two dryers was broken in the laundry facility, and when we reported this to the front desk, they seemed unconcerned. The drapes in our room did not... read more

Lodge great 3 Bd condo a Hot Mess!!Our 40th Anniversary& my birthday was spent in stopping toilet in Master Bath;Buying batteries for all clocks that didn’t work!Faucet handle @ sink fell off Drain was stripped& I could go on;Call front desk & never an answer ..I walked over & Svott who was working was very helpful!Upper management needs to rectify this ;but my credit card company is now involved & holding payment until they rectify
