We arrived very late at night, exhausted, and had a mix up with our reservation (totally our fault). The hotel was so kind and accommodating, found us another room, and we were incredibly grateful. The beds are extremely comfortable, location is top notch and the breakfast and coffee were delicious. Our first room was dark and cozy, and our second room had incredible views. Both were charming.
