We've worked with Lodder on multiple occasions. They're a good group--John in service and the whole lot of 'em. It's nice to chat with folks without the pressure of a dealership or corporate/franchise garage. They're personable enough to feel like a family-run shop (which they are, I believe) and large enough--and with enough expertise--to take care of any problem we've tossed their way ... and we've given them some doozies over the years. I don't have any reservations recommending them.
I had an amazing experience at Lodder Automotive! The owner was incredibly kind and took the time to go over everything with me before servicing my car, making sure I fully understood the process. They weren’t overpriced at all—in fact, their pricing was very reasonable compared to the other quotes I received. It’s rare to find a place that genuinely cares about both the customer and the vehicle, but they truly do. I’m so happy I found them! 10/10 recommend!
