I had an emergency with my Shih Tzu mix on June 29th of 2026 and she jumped into her leash clip with her eye, and it caught under the lid of her eye, so I contacted the facility and they were very quick to get us in, and also Dr. Godman was quick to come to my dog (Shadow) attention to take care of the situation thank goodness! for this very professional business. I wouldn’t go any other place. They’re friendly kind and professional thank you.. to the whole staff and to Dr.Godman for an excellent experience.
Expensive but my favorite vet clinic in Lex and I've been to 3-4. Update: Poor experience this year 2026. I took off work to take my pets for their annual. Waited for a long time in the room with my fussy toddler and pets only to be told the vet was going to be another hour or so. Had to come back and take more time off.
Everyone was super nice to me and my dog. They even brought out treats for him, which he loved!
I took my sick budgie to this place and basically I received no medication without a valid explanation and my bird died. Meanwhile, the 7 figure businessman with his expensive parrot was escorted to the back and treated like royalty. Interestingly enough, the doctor I went to see I had seen at another clinic and was never blown off like this. She worked my bird in because he was seriously ill. I had a wait but that was expected.
