If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The "manager" the bald large gentleman is probably the rudest individual I have ever met. Along with his extra large wife. I called to get some information and was repeatedly put on hold... No one could answer a question directly without being rude. STAY AWAY FROM FAT DUDE THAT SAYS HE IS THE OWNER.., HE IS VERY RUDE AND IGNORANT. I HAVE FOUND A MUCH BETTER PAWN SHOP AROUND THE CORNER, THEY ARE PROFESSIONALS THERE AND THEY LOAN HIGHER ON YOUR ITEMS.
