My husband went in to sell a couple of items and he was accused of stealing the items he took in and asked him to leave. My husband tried to explain that he hadn’t stolen anything but that the company had fixed his item therefore the reason for the sticker on the product. He came home called the company to verify and called the man back here and apologized for being rude but didn’t feel as a costumer he should have been called a liar and a thief and he still didn’t even apologize to my husband. Gerry is the best. When my children and I entered the store, Gerry was conversing with another customer. I overheard the conversation and Gerry was kind and personable. My children and I found what we were looking for and waited patiently and when it was our turn for Gerry to assist us, he was kind, and engaging with my children. He gave us a great deal on a gift we were purchasing. Gerry even told me that if I had an issue with the product to let him know and he would do what he can to make it right. My son went here and spent nearly $500 on purchases and overall have spent over a thousand dollars here in the past month. He is mostly satisfied with his purchases but.... he bought his son a tablet from them, they let him check it out to ensure it was working, but they didn't tell him it couldn't be recharged. A lot of money he's been conned out of and now has to find a way to buy a new tablet as the store refuse any kind of exchange or refund. It's sad, regardless of the business, when you are purposely deceived.
