Look at “lowest rating reviews” and it’s 10x worse. This actually is the WORST place I have ever been to in regards of doctors offices or anything related to medical. The office staff is SO rude. When you call they are rude— actually was hung up on the first time I called trying to ask a question. I have gone back and forth with them for over a month trying to get my prescription. They suck when it comes to prescriptions I had to wait weeks for my refill because they never send them in on time ever it’s annoying
Always there for me when needed. The staff is caring and Dr. Trivedi is extremely knowledgeable about current treatments and services.
Staff was very professional and nice.
