Please schedule on our website or visit our 2nd location inside St. Charles Towne Ctr Mall on the Top Floor beside Macy’s for same day service. Lash and Brow services offered at both locations.

The customer service has needed improvement since day 1; however, despite my statements that I would not leave a negative review, I am left with no choice after not receiving a response to the past 4 messages I’ve sent. I had loc extensions installed, and returned for color and retwist. The pictures are 5 days post the appointment. I could go into so many details on how their customer service needs improving; but I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves.
Great Service... friendly staff.. Had my starter locs installed on March 10th by Angel (who's totally awesome)... just went back for my retwist today... loving it... I would definitely recommend this business for anyone looking to start or maintain your loc lifestyle. ���
Possibly fake loc extensions passing as real. Color does not lift. Got extensions in August and just found out they are fake after doing a strand test. Not sure what other chemicals you can use to lift the color. They look nice, but they can’t be dyed unless it’s done in their shop? Odd. And the “disclaimer” recommends coming back for maintenance, which is retwisting, interlocking, etc. and does not specify why exactly. This review is less about the location and more about the loctician, Fadila. I was disappointed in our interaction on 3/30/19. My daughter had basically driven three hours to make it to a noon appointment with Fadila. We arrive, about 20 minutes late and Fadila tells her, her appointment was at 11 so she couldn't service her. Normally this would have been tolerable and we could chalk it up to miscommunication.
