Outstanding experience from start to finish! I booked online with no issues — the process was super easy and convenient. I came in for a wash, retwist, and undercut, and Isiah did excellent work. He was polite, professional, and really took his time to make sure everything looked perfect. This was my first visit, and I’ve already booked my next appointment. The salon was clean, welcoming, and everything felt very organized. Highly recommend!
All the staff are professional, service is usually quick. Been coming here for years and never had a problem here.
Lauren was detailed with taking care of my locs as soon as I sat down in her chair. She explained every step and made sure she understood the creative style. She was attentive to my parts and made sure the tension was not too tight as she would retwist my hair. Great vibes and I plan on scheduling another appointment soon.
