Poor customer service and follow through for new customers. There is not an appropriate system in place to assist new customers.

I got my hair styled for my engagement photos. And it was by far one of the worst “styles” I’ve ever had. I had to get home and do my hair myself in tears because the woman who was doing my hair couldn’t actually do it. She also didn’t really wash my hair. She more like rinsed it and called it clean. I was beyond upset when leaving my appointment but I didn’t even trust the Loctician to fix it.
