I had a consultation today and my actual appointment is Friday 8/21. My original loc tech just recently relocated out of state. It was a abrupt departure due to Salon Management at Glamour Salon. I was consumed with fret, worry, and abandonment. Not on behalf of my loc tech, but the management that pushed her out with indirect customer consequences. That level of care and willingness to help truly stood out. This is exactly what outstanding customer service looks like! Thank you!
