On Friday, September 18, 2020 my boyfriend and I went to Loco for the first time. After our experience, we wish we never went. Our server’s name was Kristin J. She asked for our drinks and before I ordered I told her how this was our first time there and we were so excited. Kristin had absolutely no reaction to that and for the rest of the night she wasn’t really attentive to us at all. In fact, we had to ask for straws twice and got them from other servers.
