I was called in for an interview with this company (At the Parkwood Manor location), and I have NEVER experienced such unprofessional-ism from both the staff in the office of that location as well as the staff in the corporate office. Lockwood Management took over the senior complex I live in. Since then the office is only open on the first of the month. DTE can't access the rm to read meters so they must estimate bills. Thus every 3 or 4 months folks on SSI get big bills because DTE under estimated. This results in hardships for the residents. Ms. Muller, the district manager refuses to return calls, nor is there company email or any other way to contact the company to voice concerns. This is a very bad company. They took over Maplewood apartments from Wingate. Since that time the maintenance for the complex has completely gone down. You can't call them to fix anything. You will need to contact them three to four before they finally answer you. All regular maintenance we use to have doesn't happen no more. We use to have the A/C unit filter change twice a year. they don't do it. Former mangements use to clean the hallways carpet on relgular basis. They don't do it.
