At 50 I have been to many dealer service centers and mechanics over the years and had a variety of experiences. This was by far the most professional, tailored and most importantly productive interaction I have ever had. They were clear about all minimum and possible costs upfront, diagnosed immediately and fixed what two other mechanics could not but still charged me time for.
