Overall a pretty quick & painless process. Not a fan of car shopping, as I know little about cars, but Rayyan was super friendly & helpful & not pushy at all. It was the 1st & only car I looked at & I think I got a good deal. It even came with snow tires. Giving a 4 stars because the car was delayed picking up & I couldn't drive my car, as I wasn't insured on it anymore, but they provided a free rental. It was just a hassle with my time & the extra paperwork involved. Not Rayyan fault though.
Customer service was excellent and dynamic. I was amazed of Lockwood Kia car prices. I will always recommend you.
This state of the art dealership is so impressive when you walk in and so are the employees. The staff is so friendly and very helpful and make you feel comfortable. You feel like you are buying from family and absolutely no pressure. Millions of dollars must have been spent on this stunning redesign. Dude where do I start, I came in for a light on my dash and despite the technicians being down a man, they fixed it quick and at a exceptional price point. I was greeted by Chris, and he was great! fully broke down the price without me having to ask him, his demeanor was friendly and treated me like a buddy.
