Update - August 2025: This is my second review of the Lockwood Kia dealership, specifically the Service Department, after purchasing a new vehicle there four years ago. Recently, I had a technical issue with my car. The Service team was very helpful in organizing road tests, locating the root cause of the problem, offering solutions to fix it, and providing timely communication. Had a great experience buying our Sportage 1.5 years ago at a time when it was still hard to get a vehicle without a months-long wait. Here to review service. Had an issue come up that required two (under-warranty) part replacements right before a week-long trip in Quebec. They were able to locate the parts and my vehicle spent the day in the shop and was ready for our departure that night.
