I’ve used Lockwood a few times now. My house is 4 years old. This time they came out, they took pictures of mostly my water pipes in the basement, and said I needed some work done. That the work would cost at least $1500.00, but could be higher. I called my builder and the company who actually installed the furnace and air conditioner. They told me Lockwood was scamming me. Shame on them. I am a widow and I trusted them. My friends use them as well and recommended them to me. Be careful if you use this company.
