Had our A/C fixed this past weekend. The tech (Justin) was prompt, arrived 3 hours early on a 95 degree day and returned with a replacement blower motor that same afternoon. Very fair charge for the work that was done. You have a customer for life.

Prompt, professional, fixed my a/c when record heat was approaching, extremely reasonable, Justin did a great job.
We called Lockwood to fix our air conditioning during this last spell of hot weather. Each time a tech was sent to our house they said we needed parts. Each time our air conditioner still did not work. $1,000 or so later they told us we needed a whole new unit. We called another company who sent someone out. In about an hour our unit was up & running and is still running smoothly! We did learn an expensive lesson, Do Not Call Lockwood!!

I cannot sing high enough praises for the company and it's employees. We had many companies give us quotes for a new furnace and ac unit and their quote was compatible in price but they offered higher quality products. Doug and Ted came and did our install. They were fast, kind, professional, and clean. Doug explained everything very thoroughly to us and really took his time with any of our questions. Unfortunately, for us, our ejector pump was no good. After dealing with another local Furnace company for over a week in subzero cold, was told that there was nothing that could be done except a new furnace. Called Lockwood after hours and talked to Bob. He listened to my situation and said he would be out the next afternoon. Actually was able to come early and he and another technician worked for over 2 1/2 hours and fixed the problem. Unbelievable service, communication and a very fair price. Customer for life!

Just had my Furnace and A/C replaced by Lockwood! The quote was almost $2000 less than 4 Seasons for a better system! Bob S. took the time to explain things clearly and even explained all the rebates I would get totaling $1270, that really brought the cost down! It was a 2 day install, Doug, Ted and Brett showed up the first day and really did an awesome job! Took out the old system, put in the new furnace, so I had heat that night!
