I woke up on a Saturday with no heat. Called for emergency service and got a call back from "Bob." He said that they had an emergency and might not be able to make it and then walked me through a simple repair over the phone to get the heat back on. That's the best customer service ever! I'll call you guys for a service this week! THANK YOU!!! Heat = happy wife = happy husband = 6 stars!

Great product ,great service and awesome staff
Jamie was a jerk I had Lockwood put an air furnace in for us, it worked for an hour and quit. I called lockwood to try to get someone back out and Jamie answered the phone and ask me a bunch of sarcastic question that insinuated that i broke it! They didnt come back for two days, guess i paid them too early!
