Danielle and I had a conversation by text and over the phone regarding starter locs due to a precious bad experience and she let me know what my options were and what I needed to do in the future to start my loc journey. I appreciate all the time she took to help me.
Highly professional and extremely knowledgeable about locs.Going with the locs, was an experience for me. Doing something out of the norm for me, is an experience. I really don't like change. The loctician/stylist (Danielle) assured me, I would like it in due time. Like I mentioned before, I don't like change. She assured me going natural was a good thing, how it would help my hair and it would grow in no time. She was right. I do like it and got plenty of compliments after the change.
This woman is extremely professional! I set my appointment up at a short notice and she confirmed it!! Love how fast she works and how attentive she is and this will be my second visit!!! My hair has grown so much since I transition to locs ... the best hands down!!! Book her!!!
She is very unprofessional, inconsiderate, and don’t respond I would not recommend anyone to this business. A waste of time.
