My key broke off so I called and they said 30-40 min. Arrived over hour later and charged 253.00 to make a key that took about 15-20 min and wanted cash only. Way too much money. And no card machine. Had to go ATM. Seemed very unprofessional
Dispatcher failed to give me a quote and gave me what I thought was an incorrect ETA. When I called back, I learned the UNMARKED white van parked accross the street with two people and a dog eating/sleeping?? was there to help me get into my truck. The van had been there for a bit. Thought it was a delivery driver on a lunch break, til I saw a dog, then assumed it was someone living in their car/on a long trip...
