RecommendedI lost the key to my Branco 2 in the snow. I really needed the car so I can drive around. Must say no one was able to come and make a key for me with that weather here in Portland! Absolutely no one except Locksmith Monkey Portland. Forever I will use you guy from now on, thank you, thank you, thank you for saving me. You are Awesome.

After a 1-Star review I left with Locksmith Monkey, an employee of Locksmith Monkey found out where I worked and proceeded to call my place of work (more than once) and threaten to "burn the business down" like I "had done to them." This was uncalled for and frightened me and my own employees. I worry because not only does this employee know where I work, but they know where I live as well. I am simply appalled.
Beware. Had them come out to replace a key on my car. Needed the chipped key so i let them do their thing while I went inside. Heard my car start 30 minutes later and was impressed. Until I heard a loud crash and my car turned off. I went out side and the guy popped my clutch and hit his own work van. Long story short I had to pay for the the damage bc "my car" hit his. The guy lied to me saying the damage was already there. Charged me price for the key ($300). By far the worst excuse for a company
