Took my $2500 plus $900 next day shipping and still waiting 5 days later. Don't buy anything from this outfit. They are professional at getting your order and money but do nothing after that than put me on hold. No supervisor, no answers, no good company. I paid an extra $900 for FedEx next day shipping and have not received my commercial door locking hardware. Now, I have a building with new doors installed I cannot lock. Horrible customer service. Website says guaranteed to ship same day if order by 3pm, I ordered before 10am and paid fedex overnight shipping, paid alot extra for it. It's not the next day and fedex truck went by so I contact them and they haven't even shipped it yet!! Then they say they were busy and that's it, not a sorry, not a discount, nothing, even when asked about there guarantee they have online, they say I know what it says, but we can't do it. Then why guarantee it? Horrible company to deal with
