Re: Noted you said it's not easy, but not impossible here. I was bluntly told that it wasn't possible for him to pick it. Never mentioned to me when I dropped it off that Kia was difficult. I could have already ordered a new part and it been on the way had I not been given false hope two times I've communicated to your business. I had attempted to change the battery in my key fob and lost the little spring that makes it work. I went into Locks by LeDuff and Brandon was super helpful. He was able to fix it within 5 minutes and it was a wonderful experience. 10 out of 10. Would recommend checking with him if you need help with your key fob!

Hello, I had to leave this review because my wife was so worried about her car . This is a fair and honorable company. We had an issue with my wife’s car after they programmed our spare key which I don’t believe it was any one person fault but just the fact that they resolved it with noooo hesitation . Thank you so much.
