I needed help to get my key fob working again on my Camry after dropping it on pavement & having issues. Took it to LeDuffs and Brandon checked it out & put new batteries in on the spot as well as found pieces I had lost on the key fob & replaced them as well. I’m back in business!!! I was stuck at a gas station with my keys locked in the car. Brandon just happened to be there pumping gas, saw me struggling to unlock my car, and helped me out no questions asked. These are great people working for this company! Highly recommend!

I had attempted to change the battery in my key fob and lost the little spring that makes it work. I went into Locks by LeDuff and Brandon was super helpful. He was able to fix it within 5 minutes and it was a wonderful experience. 10 out of 10. Would recommend checking with him if you need help with your key fob!
Re: Noted you said it's not easy, but not impossible here. I was bluntly told that it wasn't possible for him to pick it. Never mentioned to me when I dropped it off that Kia was difficult. I could have already ordered a new part and it been on the way had I not been given false hope the two times I've communicated to your business. If you are no longer concerned with the struggles of your customers, IE me getting a stranded elderly woman back on the road ASAP, then you're no better than the average corporate business.
