I had attempted to change the battery in my key fob and lost the little spring that makes it work. I went into Locks by LeDuff and Brandon was super helpful. He was able to fix it within 5 minutes and it was a wonderful experience. 10 out of 10. Would recommend checking with him if you need help with your key fob!

Hello, I had to leave this review because my wife was so worried about her car . This is a fair and honorable company. We had an issue with my wife’s car after they programmed our spare key which I don’t believe it was any one person fault but just the fact that they resolved it with noooo hesitation . Thank you so much.

We called @ the last minute, like 10 minutes before closing and they answered the phone professionally and didn’t rush us off the phone even though they were about to close less than 30 minutes later. Also more importantly the said they could take the job and they were at the location with in 15 minutes from the call. The guy got there and he was not only professional he was cordial, and he was knowledgeable. He did the work with precision and did not wasted anytime. Fast Professional Service. The customer service was the best part! After being stressed about locking my keys on a rainy day they were amazing! I wish I could of gotten their names. THANK YOU both so much I was back on the road in no time, Thank You
