I do not recommend this service. My appointments were canceled on the day of service twice, which is extremely unprofessional. The first time, I had to find someone else at the last minute. The second time, I texted twice and called once the day before my appointment and received no response until 4:30 AM on the day of my appointment, when I was told there was a scheduling error on her end. After years of contemplating if I wanted to get sister locks I decided to go for a consultation! The owner Ashley was the absolute sweetest, she was knowledgeable took time to explain the process thoroughly and answer all of my questions, she even gave me her personal number if I had any additional questions I thought of after the consultation, however by the end of my consultation I was eagerly ready to start the process!! I'm very disappointed with this salon and these ladies. They are selfish and horrible people who like to miss treat their new staff to the worst and most unprofessional degree possible. the owner /head loctian doesn't seem like she knows what she's doing . maybe she's lost the principals of sisterlocs but I expect way more . please don't waist your time with money hungry women who just want to do whatever to get you out of their chair go to someone who loves what they do.
