RecommendedJill is so dedicated and caring! She went out of her way to call me on a Friday night to see if I needed a prescription transferred to an open pharmacy rather than wait until the next morning.
I have only been to this pharmacy a handful of times and I try to avoid it if I can; however they seem to be the only place that does compound scripts!... the staff is always cold, short and very rude!... most recent visit I waited 20mins for my script to be filled for my 3 yr old whom also had to use the restroom and we were told we could not use their bathroom; for all the parents out there with potty training toddlers know it’s not the best answer when you are told your toddler can’t use their bathroom! :(
Happy to change to Lockport Apothecary. Nice to have people being friendly to you rather than the big chain pharmacies where they basically throw your scripts at you.

Due to a change in my health insurance this year I was force to change pharmacies.from a large chain pharmacy . I chose Lockport Apothecary and I could not be happier no longer do I have to go thru automated computers but actually talk to a real person every time I call. These folks really care from the Pharmacy staff to the delivery lady! What a great way to start the new year with these wonderful people!!

I am so impressed with Lockport Apothecary! My mom has been a customer here since they opened. When she needed them this year, they have gone out of their way to meet her needs. It reminds me of the drug stores when I was a child. Special thank you to Jill!
