These apartments are so run down, play ground is not there and the grass is barely managed!
My daughter moved in and out within 24hrs water was leaking behind walls into her and her neighbor apartment called management never heard from until Monday contractor came said just put a towel down to soak up water also notifying us that long as air runs its gonna continue to flood due to bad coils and it’s 90 degrees outside you have to run air not caring she have small kids that’s being exposed to mold apartment smelled like mildew storage closet filled with last guest items never attempted to clean neighbors notified us... read more
These people are totally unprofessional our move in date was set I paid my deposit and everything and when I got there no one was even in the office but I ended up running into the maintenance person and it turns out my apartment wasn’t even ready so I had to put everything I can up there with in storage I called to get my money back and still haven’t been able to get ahold to anybody smh just a horrible experience all around for my first time moving in
