I’ve been seeing Dr. Lockhart since 2015. He has helped me more than anyone could ever imagine. He’s attentive, compassionate and caring. I’m severely bipolar and was a wreck the first time I saw him. He has patiently worked with me through the years and though I will never be cured I am now a functioning adult! He has a very full practice so it took about six weeks to get in after my referral and sometimes scheduling is a challenge but he’s interrupted many lunch breaks to take care of patients, including me. I would not recommend anyone to go here. I gave it one star because I can’t go any lower. This practice is only interested in money and not helping people, especially when they really need it. My husband suffers from PTSD and they caused harm to him. When he made his appointment, the woman on the phone told him that it would be Thursday, Oct. 5th. He repeated it and wrote it down. She said yes Thursday of next week. He did not focus on the date but focused on the word Thursday. He also had to pay $250 in advance. We drove 45... read more

Dr Lockhart is great. Takes time with you and makes you feel at ease. I would rate him the best in Longview...
Dr. Lockhart is a very caring person. He listens and adjusts accordingly. I feel very lucky to have found him.
Very Knowledgeable, quiet and comfortable environment. No longer accepts insurance at the moment. Reasonable fees. Would recommend.
He helped me when nobody else could. He truly listened to me and took me serious.
