Lockhart Jewelers has made three original pieces for me over several years. The Custom rings are one of a kind. I have always received personal attention and caring attitude from all staff. However, Keith Lockhart, gives special recognition to all customers entering his business. Items to be sized or repaired have been in impeccable condition upon return. Customer service and satisfaction above and beyond. Had a small issue with my item( a pearl necklace) but definitely fixable. They were extremely upset with their mistake and went overboard(above and beyond) with the correction. I highly recommend their work, their service and their professionalism. You will not be disappointed!!! This kind of service is a rare find.
