I simply popped in for a small solder repair on my white gold pendant chain. Even though it was a small job they treated me so well. Renee was very professional and friendly and told me the spring in the spring ring clasp was also loose, which I had not noticed. She suggested we not only solder the broken piece back on but to also replace the spring ring.
