I am so upset, you could have notified us that you were leaving Canada...I've been waiting for our letter to arrive for our yearly check-up on our heat pump. I have now reached out to other companies to see if they will come and to the check-up. If we have problems with our heatpump and find that our warranty is no good due to late maintenance we will be pressed to take action
