Watch out! Went in for a normal tooth cleaning, they charged me $400 for some “imaging” that I didn’t ask for and wouldn’t have wanted if they had bothered to ask. They must get away with this regularly, I’m sure they make a lot of money this way!
I had an outstanding experience at Lockhart Dental, and I can't recommend them enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Casey, in particular, was fantastic! She made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything in detail, which really helped ease my nerves. Dr. Nichols is an exceptional dentist. I haven’t been to the dentist in years and Casey and Dr. Nichols made my first visit a breeze. I have definitely found my primary dentist!
Worst customer service ever. I got a call from Connie at 9:55am telling me that paperwork needed to done by noon the same day. Like, we have a life, we are not just seating around waiting for a call. Then every time I talk to Stephanie to discuss something, she has an attitude.
