We recently purchased a 2026 CT5-V from Lockwood Cadillac. We live in Montana, so we were a bit apprehensive about buying out of state, but they had exactly what we wanted. Thank you Ryan Adams! A wonderful sales man! I truly appreciate Ryan being nice and not pushy, very helpful when asking questions. In no way was he ever rude or trying to push a sale. He wanted us to be happy with our purchase. Thank you again for being amazing, transparent, friendly, and not pushy! I also want to say it was a great deal on the car and for trading in our old car they gave us a great value on our trade in didn't try to under cut us on our trade! I would be happy to come back and purchase from Ryan again !
Think twice before you buy from Lockhart of Greenwood!! Hands down the worst car purchasing experience I have ever been a part of! As soon as we put down a deposit we felt totally ignored. We considered canceling the deposit but Dyvne and Ryan stepped up and seemed to help once we expressed our concerns. Fast forward a month and now I regret more then ever doing business here. The "not my problem" attitude we experienced was atrocious.
