This guy, Bill Lockhart did such a shoddy job with my porcelain crowns that three other Dentists, (on behalf of the Texas Dental Board) sided with me that he should give back all my money, over $22,000.00 The morning he got the letter in the mail from the Texas Dental Board, saying that I had won the complaint I filed against him, he called me yelling, $22,000.00!!!
