Went to Lockemans today for a warranty repair on my Minn Kota Ulterra remote. I called and spoke to Dave, who told me to bring in the offending non-working remote. Upon arrival, all staff were wearing ppe, friendly, knowledgeable, and Dave had me set up with a new remote under warranty after about 5 minutes. I had a problem with my trolling motor the day before a big tournament. Took it to Lockeman’s and they got it turned around so I could be on the water. I’ve gone there for years and they’ve always done a good job for me!
I have never dealt with better people in any service related business. These people keep their promises. if they say that your boat will be done at a certain time they do their absolute best to keep their promise. Don't go anywhere else...these folks are the best! I've had issues with a motor purchased from them but they make you feel confident that they will take care of you.! I'm in!
This place should be in the definition of customer service! I cannot thank them enough for the times they have saved my boating season.

Well once again Lockemans’s saved the day!!! Needed a cable for Minn Kota trolling motor, they had it in-stock saved me some down time. They have been my go to for over 10 years now. Thanks Doug & Dave 👍🏼
