RecommendedWent to Lockemans today for a warranty repair on my Minn Kota Ulterra remote. I called and spoke to Dave, who told me to bring in the offending non-working remote. Upon arrival, all staff were wearing ppe, friendly, knowledgeable, and Dave had me set up with a new remote under warranty after about 5 minutes. RecommendedI had a problem with my trolling motor the day before a big tournament. Took it to Lockeman’s and they got it turned around so I could be on the water. I’ve gone there for years and they’ve always done a good job for me!
RecommendedI have never dealt with better people in any service related business. These people keep their promises. if they say that your boat will be done at a certain time they do their absolute best to keep their promise. Don't go anywhere else...these folks are the best! I've had issues with a motor purchased from them but they make you feel confident that they will take care of you.! I'm in!
