Went to Lockard to get an estimate on a repair. The gentleman was very friendly but apologized & said the lady that does the estimates wasn't in. Her husband had a "Family event" and she wouldn't be in until the afternoon. Come back later. So I did. She still was not there. Okay. Fine. Their hours are listed on the door as 8:00am - 5:00pm. Great team! John & his fellow employees were able to get my car doors fixed / replaced within hours!! Great customer service. 10/10 highly recommend you check them out. I needed help with my passenger side speakers as well & John was willing to help without hesitation. Like I said .. Great customer service 🤍
Absolutely wonderful experience. The lady was super nice and upfront about parts and prices. My car was done in less time than I was told and was done well. Highly recommend.
Courteous and knowledgable staff, and the garage is covered years worth of old grease and oil, but thats not a complaint at all. Which tells me the mechanics here have years and years of experience, unlike the bright, clean, and sterile garages of corporate chain mechanics. I was in good hands, no doubt. Highly recommend.
